What is eSIM?
An embedded SIM (eSIM) is a digital version of a physical SIM card. Simply download your eSIM using the QR Code we send you via email, and get connected to iD Mobile hassle-free!
Does Apple iPhone Duo support eSIM?
Yes Apple iPhone Duo is eSIM only. It does not accept a physical SIM card. You will be sent an email that contains a QR Code to download your eSIM.

No, the iPhone Duo only uses eSIM and does not support a physical SIM card.
How long does the iPhone Duo battery last?
You can get up to 31 hours of video playback using the inner display and up to 44 hours using the outer display, thanks to its dual-battery system.
Is the iPhone Duo water resistant?
Yes. The iPhone Duo has an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, protecting it to a maximum depth of 6 metres for up to 30 minutes.
