1. To enter the promotion, you must purchase a new iD Pay Monthly plan on idmobile.co.uk between 30th October 09:00 and 2nd December 23:59, have an order confirmation email with your order number and then submit your entry via the online form.
2. Participants must follow the link and submit their name, email address and order reference number.
3. All entries must be received by 24 December 2024 23:59 (GMT)
4. Only UK residents are eligible to enter and all entrants must be at least 18 years old.
5. Only eligible entries with a valid order number will be included in the prize draw.
6. Only one entry allowed per person, entries with missing information and/or multiple entries will be disqualified.
7. The prize draw will take place within one month of the closing date of entries, and winners will be notified by 17th January 2025.
8. Currys gift card will be issued up to 2 weeks after winners are notified on 17th January 2025.
9. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
10. There will be 7 winners in total and prizes available are:

    1 x £2,000 Currys gift card

    1 x £500 Currys gift card

    5 x £100 Currys gift card

11. Offer excludes Pay As You Go SIM plans and SIM-Free handset purchases.
12. The winners will be notified by email using the details you provided at the time of entry.
13. From the date of issue, Currys gift voucher will be valid for 2 years and can be used as full or part payment in any Currys store or online at currys.co.uk. If not used within 2 years any remaining balance will be voided, and the gift card will be invalid.

15. Currys gift voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.

17. If the qualifying order is cancelled or returned, participants are not eligible and do not qualify to enter this promotion.

20. Your monthly cost will be adjusted each April by the Consumer Price Index rate (CPI) published in February by the Office for National Statistics, plus an additional fixed 3.9%
21. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion of these terms and conditions or substitute in equivalent or greater value alternative gift at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
22. The promoter makes no representation or warranty in relation to purchases made with the gift card provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall have no liability to you in relation to its fitness for purpose, merchantability or otherwise.
23. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion, which may include emails to remind you about gift card redemption dates, and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.
