Refurbished phones are pre-owned devices that have previously been returned, then professionally tested, checked and refreshed to ensure they’re in full working order. We offer three grades of refurbished phones, 'Excellent', 'Very Good' and ‘Good’, here’s what you can expect:
Excellent.
Otherwise known as 'Grade A', 'Excellent' phones are in like-new condition. Typically, they have been returned by customers within their cooling off period, so they’ve had minimal, if any, use.
Screen.
Minor use or like new. No visible scratches.
Body.
Minor use or like new. May have minimal micro-scratches.
Battery health.
Great all-day battery life.

Very Good.
Otherwise known as 'Grade B', 'Very Good' phones are in great condition. Typically, they come with minor cosmetic imperfections and very light signs of use.
