Most offers are fulfilled by the manufacturer (like Apple, Samsung, or Google). You'll need to submit your claim directly with them so they can verify your purchase and dispatch your reward.
Don't forget: Each offer has its own terms and conditions, including a deadline for submitting your claim. Make sure to check these before purchasing/claiming.

If you ordered from iD Mobile directly, the invoice number can be found in the subject line of your "Thank you for your recent purchase" email. You'll need this transaction number when submitting your claim - just enter it in the Invoice/Order Number field on the claims form.

If you ordered elsewhere, check your order confirmation email for your Transaction Number.

You'll usually need:

  • Your personal details
  • Purchase information (invoice/order number also known as transaction number, and the date of purchase)
  • Your phone's IMEI number (found on the box or by dialling *#06# from the phone)
  • A copy of your proof of purchase

You can find your proof of purchase in the following places:

  • If you ordered from iD Mobile, use the attached invoice.pdf in your "Thank you for your recent purchase" email
  • If you ordered elsewhere, refer to their order confirmation email for an attached invoice.pdf
  • If you ordered in a store, use the invoice you received via email

If the phone you've ordered is delayed, don't worry! Simply wait till you've received your order (even if it's delayed), as you'll need the IMEI of the phone to submit the claim.

The manufacturer will use the original order date from your proof of purchase to validate your claim, not the date the order was dispatched.

Once you've submitted your claim, the manufacturer will confirm and let you know the next steps, including how long it'll take. If your claim is successful, you'll get a confirmation email and tracking details once your reward is on the way.

Claims can be rejected for reasons like:

  • Incorrect or invalid IMEI
  • Claim submitted after the deadline
  • Purchase made outside the eligible period

If your claim is rejected, the manufacturer should email you with the reason. If you believe your claim is valid, but has been rejected in error, please contact the manufacturer via the support process found on the Help & Support section of the claim page.

If you ordered your iD SIM via a third-party website and it included a promotional offer, the fulfillment of that offer is handled directly by the website you ordered from. For example, if you used Money Saving Expert, gift cards are typically sent via GiftCloud within 4 months of your purchase.
