Very Good - Otherwise known as 'Grade B', phones graded as 'Very Good' are in great condition. Typically, these are phones with minor cosmetic imperfections and very light signs of use.
Good - Otherwise known as 'Grade C', phones graded as 'Good' are in fair condition. Typically, these are phones with some cosmetic imperfections and signs of use.
What is the difference between a refurbished and a brand new phone?

What is in the box of a refurbished phone?
Refurbished phones will arrive in a neat, shiny box, not the original manufacturer's packaging. It will not contain the manufacturers manual or user guide, but you will be supplied with a cable and SIM removal tool.
