If you use your PAC/STAC before the return is processed, this will count as a cancellation instead of a return and may result in an early termination fee.
Yes, you can still return it, as long as the phone is in new condition with no signs of physical damage. We also recommend performing a factory reset before returning the phone.
Any upfront cost you paid will be refunded automatically within 14 days of your return being closed (after we've received the phone).
