If you select an eSIM with
a SIM only deal:
Your eSIM QR code will be sent shortly after your order is processed. If you place your order after 10pm, you may receive your email the next morning.
If you select an eSIM with
a Pay
monthly phone plan:
Your eSIM QR code will be sent to you by email once your phone is dispatched.

Track your orderIt depends on what you've ordered. Address changes for Royal Mail deliveries aren't possible once the order is placed. If you purchased a product delivered by DPD, you can use your delivery reference to get in touch with them directly and ask about the possibility of modifying the delivery address. To find your delivery partner, choose your product above.
You might be able to cancel or change your order, as long as it hasn't been sent out for delivery yet (if it has, we'll have sent you a confirmation email).

Royal Mail deliveries
It usually takes Royal Mail no more than 2-3 working days to deliver. If you haven't received your order after 5 working days,

DPD deliveries
DPD orders no longer require a signature, however a PIN has to be provided to the delivery driver. When your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email which will contain your unique PIN. If you have provided us with a mobile number, you will also receive your unique PIN via SMS.
You can find your PIN in the DPD App too. If you’re unable to receive the delivery yourself, then you can share your PIN with someone you choose, to receive the delivery on your behalf.
Please note: we don’t recommend sharing the PIN with an unknown person.
Royal Mail deliveries
Royal Mail deliveries don't require a signature.
If you know you’re not going to be in when DPD is due to deliver your order, you can reschedule the delivery in advance of the one-hour time slot they’ve provided. This can be completed via the DPD app or by clicking the link shared in the email/SMS.
For safety and security, all orders require a PIN to be shared with the driver. This means your driver won't be able to leave them in a safe space or with a neighbour.
If you order multiple items, even at the same time, your delivery may come in separate packages as we might send them from different locations. Your products might also be delivered by different delivery partners (DPD or Royal Mail), depending on what you’ve ordered. For more information on your delivery partner, choose the type of product you are getting above.
We deliver to addresses right across mainland UK and Northern Ireland, and to all UK islands.
We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses, or any locations outside of the UK.
Please allow 48 hours for delivery to Northern Ireland, and certain areas of Scotland and Cornwall.
