When will my switch happen?

This depends on how you purchased your iD Mobile plan, and when you submitted your PAC or STAC.

Switched at checkout?

Your switching date can be found in your Order Complete email or Contract Summary.

Switched after purchase?

Check the SMS we sent to your iD Mobile SIM – it has all the info you need!

Purchased elsewhere?

If you purchased your iD Mobile plan from another website or in a Currys store, your switch will happen on the date you chose at checkout.

My switch is late. What should I do?

Don’t worry – there’s no need to contact us! Our systems will spot the delay and while we’re fixing the issue, we’ll automatically compensate you for the inconvenience.
