You can check out an overview of your referrals, their status, and the rewards you’ve earned by signing into your referral account with iD Mobile’s referral partner, Aklamio. Just head here and click ‘sign in’. We’ll also email you as soon as your referral account is credited from a successful referral.
Your reward will be confirmed as soon as it meets the conditions of a successful referral and your friend or family member has fully paid two bills. This can take up to 120 days.
No, Upgrades are excluded from our Refer a Friend scheme.
To qualify for the Refer a Friend cashback, your referred friend must make a purchase on idmobile.co.uk using your referral link. Any purchase made through idmobile.co.uk (without using a referral link), affiliate partners (such as comparison, cashback or voucher sites), Carphone Warehouse, Currys, Mobiles.co.uk or e2save.co.uk do not qualify for our Refer a Friend scheme.

It's not permitted to purchase an iD Mobile plan using someone else's information. However, if you're buying an iD Mobile plan for your child or someone who is unable to purchase one for themselves, you must enter your own personal details when checking out. This is required due to the standard checks & credit check we run. Keep in mind the plan will remain in your name and cannot be transferred to your friend or family member later on. Please note: To be eligible for your reward, you must use an email address other than the one you used to sign up for our Refer a Friend scheme.
Yes! If you are not an iD Mobile customer (why not?) - you can still use our Refer a Friend scheme.
There is no limit to how many people you can refer to iD Mobile. Once they've successfully purchased any phone plan or SIM only deal, you can both collect your reward and enjoy!
