Simple! To start earning rewards for you and your friends/ family, you need to register your details above. Once you've registered, you'll receive a unique link which you can share with your friends and family. This link will be sent to your email address as well.

Clicking your unique link will take your friend to a page where they can also register. Once they've submitted their details, they can go on to purchase a new iD Mobile plan on the iD Mobile website. Any new mobile plan/purchase they make on the iD Mobile website will get them, and you, a reward; as long as they tell us about it!

They can tell us by submitting their iD account number (which can be found on their welcome email or on the invoice that came with their SIM) in the 14 days after they purchase from us on the same link you sent them.

We'll check their details from our side, and you'll be able to track their progress on your referrer dashboard. When they've made two bill payments, their status will be confirmed successful (this usually takes around 45 days), and you'll both be able to claim your reward.

Please note, that it may take up to 90 days from the moment your friend has submitted their account number for both of you to receive your reward.

No, you need to be an iD Mobile customer in order to sign up to the Refer-a-Friend programme.

You can refer up to 100 friends to join iD Mobile. Once they've successfully bought a pay monthly handset or SIM Only plan, you'll both receive rewards.

Unfortunately not. In order for you both to receive a reward, your friends (or family) must register for Refer-a-Friend before purchasing a plan. Once they've signed up, purchased a plan and submitted their account number within 14 days from their purchase date, they are eligible for a reward.

Only purchases made on will be eligible for a reward. Purchases made through other channels, such as Currys, will not be eligible to receive a reward.

You can purchase a plan on behalf of a friend or family member, but please note that you will not be able to use the same email address you used when signing up to the Refer-a-Friend scheme. If you do happen to use the same email address, the Refer-a-Friend reward will not be issued. The personal details you enter when purchasing a plan should also be your own as we will be carrying out the standard checks, including a credit check.

The plan will remain in your name and cannot be transferred under your friend or family member's name once set up. If your friend or family member would like the plan to be in their name, they'll need to purchase the plan themselves.

You can purchase up to 5 plans per household under the Refer-a-Friend scheme.

Whether you've referred someone or you've purchased a new plan after being referred, you'll both be eligible for a reward once the new purchase has been verified and after the person who's been referred has successfully made two full bill payments. You'll then be able to claim your reward. This will usually be between 45 and 90 days from the date that the person who's been referred submits their iD Mobile account number on the link they were sent.

The Legal Bit

1. The iD Mobile Refer a Friend Promotion is being promoted by iD Mobile Limited, Dixons Carphone PLC, 1 Portal Way, Acton, London, W3 6RS.

2. To enter the promotion, the Referrer must be an existing iD Mobile customer.

5. Upon entering their required personal details at Sign-up page, the Referrer will be issued with a unique and personal referral link.

6. The Referrer must be a UK Resident and aged 18 or over to be able to share their unique and personal link with their Friends and Family. The Referrer must also ensure their Friends and Family are happy to receive their referral link.

7. The Referrer cannot refer themselves.

8. To be forwarded and be eligible to accept the Referrer's unique and personal referral code to participate, the Referred Friend must also be a UK resident and aged 18 or over.

9. The Referred Friend must follow the link and submit their required details to register. Once registered, the Referred Friend must submit their iD Mobile account number on the Self reporting page within 14 days of purchasing a qualifying ID plan.

10. By registering their details, the Referred Friend accepts sharing their personal details with iD Mobile and Buyapowa. All personal data shared by participants will be processed in accordance with iD Mobile's Privacy Policy and Buyapowa's Privacy Policy.

11. iD Mobile plans that are purchased by a Referred Friend prior to entering do not qualify and the Referred Friend must purchase a new plan. After the Friend has purchased a qualifying plan, both the Referrer and the Referred Friend will receive the eligible gift voucher by email within 90 days of the Referred Friend submitting their account number on Buyapowa portal.

12. The gift voucher value for both the Referrer and the Referred Friend will be the same and is determined by the contract length of the qualifying plan that the Referred Friend purchased. Please visit for more details on reward value by qualifying contract length.

13. Offer excludes purchases made through Currys, Carphone Warehouse and Pay as You Go, Data only and Business plans.

14. From the date of issue, the gift voucher will be valid for 2 years and can be used as full or part payment in any Currys store or online at if not used within 2 years any remaining balance will be voided, and the gift card will be invalid.

16. Currys gift voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.

17. Currys gift voucher will not be issued on trade or business contracts.

18. iD Mobile or Currys accept no responsibility for a lost or misplaced gift voucher.

19. If the qualifying order is cancelled or returned, you are no longer eligible to claim the gift voucher.

20. The Referrer may claim a maximum of 1 gift voucher for each qualifying referral up to a 100 times. The Referrer can only share their referral link and claim a reward with up to 5 Friends or Family from the same household.

21. The Referrer and Referred Friend must keep their account payments up to date, accounts with missed payment or in collection are not eligible to receive a reward and do not qualify to enter into this promotion.

22. Qualified iD Mobile Pay monthly contracts are subject to a credit check, eligibility and a minimum term of 1, 12 or 24 months on selected tariffs.

25. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion of these terms and conditions or substitute in equivalent or greater value alternative gift at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

26. The promoter makes no representation or warranty in relation to purchases made with the gift card provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall have no liability to you in relation to its fitness for purpose, merchantability or otherwise.

27. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion, which may include emails to remind you about gift card redemption dates, and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.
