1 Inclusive roaming is included as standard on all iD Mobile plans, allowing customers to use their inclusive UK minutes, texts, and data in 50 inclusive Roaming destinations. A 30GB data limit applies in line with the Fair Usage Policy, for further information, please see here.
2 Unused monthly data rolls over once into the next month and is used first. Rollover data expires after one month. Available on all iD Mobile pay‑monthly plans.

What SIM card do I need?
The SIM card size you need will depend on your device; most smartphones use a nano SIM, whereas older devices might need a standard SIM. You can check this easily in the settings on your phone.

Yes - and switching couldn’t be easier. Just request a PAC code by texting ‘PAC’ to 65075, sign up to your new plan, give us this code when prompted, and we’ll handle the rest.
If you’re an existing pay monthly customer, you’ll be able to switch to a new SIM only plan once your current contract is up. Log into My Account to see the options available to you.
Yes, 5G is available on all iD Mobile SIM only plans, at no extra cost. If you have a 5G-compatible phone and you’re in an area with 5G coverage, you can stay connected with faster speeds for all your video call, streaming, and downloading needs.
Yes. You can use your SIM only plan abroad in over 50 destinations at no extra cost. You can use up to 30GB of your monthly data allowance while roaming. If your plan has less than 30GB, you can use your full allowance. You can also use any rolled over data or data add-ons, if your total roaming data stays under 30GB for the month.
Yes. Since you’re entering into a monthly payment contract, you’ll need to pass a standard credit check before you can unlock our cheap SIM only plans. We’ll always ask your permission before we run a credit check, and we’ll inform you about our decision as soon as possible.

Our fair usage policy applies to all pay monthly phone, SIM Only and Pay-as-you-go plans. Our open data policy applies to selected plans.
