Using the iD App and iD Account area


What are they for?

We understand that you want more control over your account. You want to see how much you're spending, and how many minutes, texts and data you have left each month.

The iD Account area allows you to manage your details, buy Add-ons, and check to see when you're eligible for an upgrade, and much, much more!

We've designed the iD App to help you manage your account, even when you're on the go.

It gives you quick and easy access to all your iD details, allowing you to stay in complete control at all times.

Register Account

If you're an iD customer, it's really quick and easy to register your account, and you can do this either online or by using the App.

Register your iD Account online
  1. Go to the iD Account area
  2. Click on the 'Register' button and enter the following details:
    • Mobile number
    • Last name
    • Date of birth
  3. Click on 'Submit'
  4. A security code will then be sent to your iD mobile in the form of a text messsage. You'll need to enter this code when asked on the next page.
  5. You can then choose a username and password - make sure you keep these safe and don't share them with anyone.
  6. That's it - you're all set up!

Our App page will walk you through where you can download the app and how to register your account.

iD Account login

Once you've registered, all you need to do is enter your Username and Password to login to your new iD Account.

Itemised Bill

All of your bills will be available to view online or via the App.

Add/Remove Add-ons

If you're running out of minutes, texts or data, there's no need to worry as you can buy Add-ons through your iD Account and the App.

Make Payment

The easiest way to pay is to set up a direct debit. However, if you'd like to make additional payments, you can do this through the Account area.
