This is because you’ve either run out of credit, or have used up your data allowance.
If you want to continue using data, you can buy a data bundle or top-up your account:
To buy a data bundle, log in to your online iD account or iD Mobile app, go to My Bundles and Top Ups
and click Buy a bundle.
To top-up your account, log in to your online iD account or iD Mobile app, go to My Bundles and Top
Ups and click Top-Up now.
