  • FAQ's

The Samsung Galaxy A10 is a relatively new phone and was released alongside the Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A50 in March 2019. It was followed by the Galaxy A20, Galaxy A40 and Galaxy A70 in April 2019. The Galaxy A20e and Galaxy A80 became available in May 2019.

The Samsung Galaxy A10 has a 5MP front camera and a 13MP rear camera with flash. The rear camera also has a 4x digital zoom as well as auto focus and can record Full High Definition video @30fps.

The Galaxy A10 is available in two classic colours: Black and Blue. The colours available for sale may vary based on available stock.

The Galaxy A10 does not support Wireless Charging, but with a 3400 mAH typical size battery it should give you plenty of power for day-to-day usage.

No, the Galaxy A10 is not water resistant, so it's advisable to keep it away from water. Letting the Galaxy A10 come into contact with liquids may invalidate your manufacturer warranty.

The Galaxy A10 doesn't have a fingerprint reader, although it does have face recognition technology. This means that you can secure your phone and unlock it just by using your face. If a fingerprint scanner is what you're after, check out the Galaxy A20e (link to A20e page).

Yes, unlike some other handsets on the market, the Galaxy A10 has a 3.5mm headphone jack. This means you can keep using your favourite headphones and plug it into compatible sound systems.

Yes, it does. This means you could potentially use two different SIMs (and have two different phone numbers) all in one phone.
