A Pay As You Go SIM is perfect if you're not in the market for a new phone and want to be free from monthly payments. With a Pay As You Go SIM only deal, you just need to insert your new SIM card into your current device, top up and go.

There's no minimum term, monthly bills or contracts involved when you choose an iD Pay As You Go SIM. Cheaper than standard mobile contracts where you also pay for a new handset, it's the ideal option if you're happy with your current smartphone and want a flexible way to make calls, send texts and update social media.

Credit checks are not required when you choose a Pay As You Go SIM card either, and with iD Mobile you're free to top up as little or as much as you want, whenever you want.

Your SIM card will be sent via First Class post and will take 2-3 working days to be delivered.

Your bundle will last for 1 month or until you have used up all your allowances. You can always check how many days you have remaining or how much data you have left by visiting the iD Mobile app or My Account online.

Included in your allowances are calls to all UK mobiles and landlines along with texts to all UK mobiles. If you need to call any premium rate numbers or send MMS messages just add some additional credit to cover them. More information on call charges can be found here.

You can set up a ‘recurring bundle’ that refreshes each month, this will ensure that after your existing 1-month bundle expires your next bundle will begin the following day. You can set up your ‘recurring bundle’ by using the iD Mobile app or visiting My Account online.

Topping up your credit alongside a bundle gives you a bit more flexibility, as it can be used for lots of different things. Outside of your bundle credit can be used for roaming when you're abroad and using premium features. Your credit can also be used to purchase your next month's bundle. To top-up use the iD Mobile app, visit My Account online or call our automated top-up line on 7777.

Unfortunately, they do not. If you regularly find you have allowances remaining, you can easily move to a different bundle the following month. Use the iD Mobile app or visit My Account online to check your remaining bundle allowances.

While you can’t start a new bundle during your 1-month period, you are able to pre change your bundle through the iD Mobile app or My Account online so that it starts straight away once your existing bundle ends.

Yes, you can set up recurring bundles that refresh every month. In fact, we recommend you doing so to ensure you are never without calls, texts or data. You can do this via the iD Mobile app or My Account online.

To keep your number and bring it to iD Mobile you’ll need a PAC, this enables your number to move with you to your new Pay as you go SIM. To get your PAC simply text:

PAC and send it to 65075 from your existing providers SIM.

It's totally free and will also include important information about any early termination charges or Pay as you go credit balances.

Reminder: you will have 30 days in which to provide your PAC to us.

Once you have the relevant code, you can enter it either through the iD Mobile app or through our website here. When entering your PAC you will need your new iD Mobile number which you can find on the packaging your SIM came in or via the settings in your phone if the SIM has been inserted into your device.

Unfortunately, they are not included. If you need to call chargeable numbers (08, 09, 118) just add some additional credit to your account. More information on call charges can be found here.

You'll need to contact your network provider and ask them to unlock your phone. When this is done, you'll be able to use an iD Pay as you go SIM with it. Please note that your network might charge you a fee for unlocking your phone. Please check with the network provider for further details.
