    Nothing in particular
Do NOT buy this phone if you want to video ANYTHING, constantly goes into auto-focus causing recording to blur completely every 2/3 seconds even when videoing a totally static object

Solid design - it's a Nokia, so naturally good build quality. Feels premium in the hand. Good screen in sunshine. Stock android, no bloat.
Fingerprint recognition/navigation buttons are a bit of a pain - no room to hold phone at bottom. A bit laggy. Battery drains fast.

    Overview of the Nokia 5.

The Nokia 5 is all about having both style and substance. It’s nice to hold and use, with soft edges that make its day-to-day functionality really accessible.

It’s got a big screen – 5.5-inches – which means you can easily read, surf or stream without compromising on quality. It also has an 18:9 ratio, which is part of what makes it so pleasant to watch videos on.

    Key Features.

One of the main features of the Nokia 5 is its customisation options. You can choose the amount of storage and RAM you need depending on what you’ll be using the phone for. So, if you’re big into mobile gaming, you might want to choose more RAM, or if you love to store your photos on your phone, you have the option to add more storage.

Another standout feature is that the phone runs with Android One. It’s a well-thought out design which gives you simplicity, but with optimum functionality. Android One also keeps up to date with the latest tech, so you can rest assured that your Nokia 5 is safe and secure.

The Nokia 5’s two cameras are great for budding photographers. The rear camera has 16-megapixels, and the front-facing camera has 8-megapixels, as well as having an 84.6° field, which makes it the perfect smartphone if you love to take selfies with groups of friends.

    Switching to this phone.

The Nokia 5 runs on Android, so if you’re already using an Android phone, simply back up everything you want to use on your new phone to your Android account, sign in on your new device, and it should all be there waiting for you.

If you’re moving from an iPhone or a Windows Phone, you can upload your documents to Google Drive, then download Google Drive on your new phone, sign in and find everything that way. You then have the option to leave it in Drive and access your stuff through an internet connection, or download them onto your phone.

    Alternative models.

If you like the sound of the Nokia 5, but are after something a little more exciting, you might like to take a look at the Nokia 8. It’s got a great camera, 4 GB RAM and a 5.3-inch display, perfect for all manner of tasks.

For something a little on the cheaper side, the Nokia 3 is a great option. It has a slightly smaller screen and an 8-megapixel camera, while still holding on to that sleek Nokia style.
