Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to iD Mobile Pay Monthly Phone and Pay Monthly Sim only plan customers who are current NHS staff with a valid NHS email address.

2. Offer will enhance their existing plan with unlimited data, unlimited minutes and unlimited SMS until 30/04/2021

3. Offer can only be claimed by a NHS staff member who must have a valid NHS email address.

4. The offer can only be applied to an account in the name of the NHS staff member.

5. In order to authenticate your application, iD Mobile will use the NHS email address that you provided, the account holders name and the existing mobile number in its validation process.

6. After submission of the form, an email will be sent to the email address you have provided for verification in order to complete validation. You are required to verify your account within 7 days.

7. We reserve the right to request such information we consider reasonably necessary or desirable for the purpose of verifying the eligibility or validity of a submission.

8. We accept no responsibility for lost or incomplete submissions.

9. Once your application is validated you will receive a SMS from us on the number the discount is applied to, to confirm unlimited data, voice and SMS allowances will be applied to your account within 7 working days.

10. After the unlimited allowances has been applied, this will be renewed each month until 30/04/2021 when this offer expires.

11. If you upgrade your existing plan before 30/04/2021, unlimited allowances still will remain until 30/04/2021.

12. If you registered for our "Unlimited thanks for our NHS Heroes" offer previously, you are not required to reapply, and your account will automatically receive unlimited allowances.

13. Unlimited allowances can be used in the UK and EU/EEA in agreement with your plan terms and conditions.

14. Charges outside your current plan, such as the access charge, international calls, roaming and premium rate numbers will remain the same and are excluded from unlimited allowance.

15. Offer excludes Pay as you go, Business accounts and customers with existing Unlimited plans.

16. No alternative offers, cash equivalent, discounts or credits are available in exchange of this offer.

17. Offer is for personal and non-commercial use only.

18. NHS unlimited data, unlimited minutes and unlimited SMS offer does not form part of your plan and does not permit you for cancellations or have any other impact to your Agreement with us.

19. iD Mobile, in its absolute discretion, disqualify any entries or remove unlimited allowances without notice which it feels do not comply by these terms and conditions or any form of bad faith is suspected. By submitting this application, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
